My oven thermometer reads 350 so it's running true temp. What am I doing wrong? I always end up cutting off the worst spots and before I flip the cake I give it a good coating of the glaze to soften it up. Any suggestions?souschefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16415205983801816633noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2503994994675408248.post-71702120237514937832014-01-03T18:06:32.437-08:002014-01-03T18:06:32.437-08:00I hope I remember the NBD next year! The cake needs 1/2 cup OJ and the glaze needs 1/4 cup OJ. The 3/4 cup juice needed the 4 oranges. I'll try to clarify this in the notes. Sorry for any confusion (also, my oranges were small-medium and not terribly juicy so you may need less oranges.) - maryThe Food Librarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09964596880945435097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2503994994675408248.post-80973257964281924052013-11-07T05:19:54.248-08:002013-11-07T05:19:54.248-08:00Hi Mary
