Not Peppermint Cream Puff Ring (Attempt #2) - Tuesdays with Dorie

Cream Puff with Vanilla Whipped Cream

This time I made it edible!! Yippee!

Same recipe for the cream puffs and glaze...but I filled it with whipped cream, sugar and vanilla paste. It isn't as puffy as the first attempt because the whipped cream was much softer.

  4. Such decadent photos. They look so beautiful and your puffs are perfect looking. Glad somebody concurs on the mint taste. My husband got this funny look on his face when he tasted my ice cream and asked warily, "what flavor ice cream is this?" I admitted that it was made with fresh mint leaves and that it might taste a little . . . green.
