I was hoping to find an answer to the curdling...Hm. I was hoping to find an answer to the curdling too. Mine curdled with the berry blue and lemon so far and the blue layer in the fridge has started separating into a milky layer and plain blue layer :( I'm thinking about letting the next batch of jello/gelatin mixture cool before adding the milky stuff in. I...I was just coming with the curdle question, too! I did a layer of purple and that was fine, but then I tried blue and it curdled. I tried with another package of blue and it did it again, then I tried green and it curdled. I used ingredients I just barely got at the grocery store. I'm wondering if Jello has changed their formulation.
