I love your post. Sorry I found you after your Bundt extravaganza ended! I'm planning to make an apple bundt cake (from Amanda Hesser's new NY Times cookbook). It calls for a 9-inch tube pan -- which I don't have -- so I'll be adapting it to my 10-inch bundt. Can't wait to read through all your bundt recipes!

Wow - congratulations! Two years in a row . . . pretty great. I'm a little late on commenting or reading these days but I've enjoyed looking at the recipes and want to make the butternut squah one. I also just made (and will post it soon) the All-in-One Holiday Bundt from last year.
