Chunky Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Chocolate Chipsters
Guess who won their opening game in overtime against Tennessee?!?!?!
Go Bruins!

This week's Tuesdays with Dorie selection, Chunky Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Chocolate Chipsters (page 73 of Dorie's book) was selected by Stefany of Proceed with Caution. Excellent choice!

I've made these cookies on several occasions and even shipped them to friends. They are one of my favorite cookies ever!!! It's a combo of everything good about cookies - all in one! Chocolate chips, oatmeal and peanut butter. Delicious!

Chunky Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Chocolate Chipsters
I used a medium size cookie scoop and ended up with 6 dozen cookies! They freeze wonderfully, but I didn't have any room in the freezer so I baked them all. Good thing I have lots of co-workers!

P.S. I apologize but my wrists and hands are acting up so I'm going to limit my typing for a bit (I'm having to bring out the ice packs and voice recognition software again). I'm sorry that I'm not going to be able to comment on many of the great blogs...but I will be saying, "Awesome!" as I scroll through the posts on my reader.

Great cookies, and I hope your wrists get better very soon. That happened to me once, it's awful.

These look so good! I love the idea of having them in the freezer, ready to pop into an oven for fresh baked cookies anytime. I'm going to have to make them soon.

Hope your wrists feel better soon!

These will become regulars in my cookie baking as well. Good thing cookie eating is more of a bicep action than a wrist action. Keep up with the ice and layoff the keyboard.

Yum I recently made these and loved them too! I like how it's everything combined into one cookie though I think it's missing coconut. Hope your wrists are better soon!

Great photos! I loved these cookies as well, and how sweet that you made them for your friend involved in the duck duck goose accident.
