Black Bottom Cupcakes

Not enough cream cheese filling cupcake!

My friend Julie made these for her birthday party a couple years ago...and they were delicious! (You can find the recipe all over the internet.)

I didn't put enough cream cheese filling in each cupcake...I later read online that you should make a little well in the center and push in some cream cheese mixture. Also, you can fill up the cups pretty full. Oh well, next time!
